"A couple years back we were with Alan Cox State Farm, unfortunately our car got sick and had some issues and was going to cost more to fix it than we wanted to spend on the repairs, so we sold the car. Recently we bought a new car and just went with the insurance company that was suggested to us to get us in and out that day and it didn't sound bad so we did that. Bad choice we could never reach them on the phone we didn't know where to go to pay our insurance when we did get a hold of a human being on the other end they were rude in a hurry didn't want to take time to answer any questions and we have enough so we canceled that policy and went back to Alan Cox State Farm where they treat us with respect stayed late if we need them to in the evening come in on today's off to make sure we understand everything that we need to know about our services and that we are happy with our choices.
